Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We use stock photos for most of our products, if the item is damaged or classed as Grade C then the product will have images to reflect this and we will describe the items condition clearly in the product description.

Where can I view my sales invoice?

We will always email you a copy of the sales invoice upon completion of order and the payment has been received. This will be sent to the email that was used for the order. For any reason you need a copy sending over, please email sales@tetrade.co.uk and our accounts can forward you a copy.
